HI-5 is a user-centric, results-driven solution that empowers first responders to manage stress and maintain well-being on their terms. Widely adopted during the COVID-19 pandemic, the program has been recognized as a #1 wellness resource for its impact and adaptability.

How HI-5 Works
The HI-5 (High-Impact Stress Relief) program is built around five simple, science-backed techniques designed to provide fast and effective stress relief.

Delivery Method
To ensure effective and immediate implementation of the HI-5 Program, we offer a 1-hour special training session designed specifically for first responders.
These sessions can be scheduled at your convenience and hosted at accessible locations such as:

Hospitals
Emergency service centers
For added flexibility, HI-5 is also available in video format, allowing first responders to learn and practice the techniques on their own time.
